Role Overview As a Quality Inspector — Certifying Staff you inspect and certify engine maintenance work on CFM International LEAP and Pratt & Whitney PW1100 engines in the engine shop, working in two-shift operation. Key Responsibilities Inspection of goods receipt, disassembly, assembly and final documentation for CFM International LEAP and Pratt & Whitney PW1100 engines in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Carry out final checks and certify the maintenance work performed on engines and individual modules. Complete assigned orders on time and check the work performed independently. Document assigned activities in accordance with the applicable regulations. Continuously improve the processes carried out, with the aim of increasing quality and reducing production costs. Requirements Willingness to work in two-shift operation. Strong problem-solving ability and a high awareness of safety, quality and cost. Independent, precise, responsible and detail-oriented way of working. Open and committed team player with strong communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP. German at least B2 level and English at least B2 level. Licences & Qualifications Completed technical vocational training with all relevant engine type ratings. Authorisation to release engine work (S-Licence) is an advantage. Experience At least five years of professional experience in an engine shop.
