About the Company Airbus Defence and Space operates an MRO centre in San Pablo, Seville, which is expanding its A330 MRTT maintenance programme. Role Overview An opportunity has arisen for B1/B2 Licensed Maintenance Aircraft (LMA) Technicians working on the A330 MRTT at the Airbus Defence and Space MRO centre in San Pablo, Seville. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections on Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft. Carry out preventive, corrective and repair maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data and applicable aviation regulation. Diagnose and resolve technical problems affecting mechanical, structural, electrical, avionics and aircraft systems. Perform maintenance activities to the highest standards of safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Certify maintenance tasks within the scope of the applicable licence and company authorisation, and complete aircraft records to ensure airworthiness and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the production team and other functions (engineering, quality, planning and production control) to ensure on-quality, on-cost and on-time delivery. Support continuous improvement, operational excellence and Lean activities within the MRO organisation. Take part in technical training programmes, support on-the-job training of other technicians and maintain licence, authorisation and competence requirements. Licences & Qualifications Licence: EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 aircraft maintenance licence. Type rating: Airbus A330 type rating corresponding to the applicable licence. A military A330 MRTT type rating (B1 and/or B2) is highly valued. Experience Experience in base maintenance (heavy checks or major inspections) or line maintenance on A330 aircraft within a Part-145 aircraft maintenance organisation. Requirements Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to safety, human factors, quality and continuous improvement. Ability to interpret Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, IPC, SRM, TSM and other approved technical documentation. Good level of technical English.
