<p><strong>We are BAA Training, one of the TOP 3 largest independent aviation training centers in Europe. Our people are united by passion for aviation and a desire to ensure efficient training solutions for both pilots and airlines.</strong></p><p><strong>A comprehensive list of EASA approved training programs and extensive experience on the market allow us to meet the training needs of the global aviation.</strong></p><p><strong>At the moment we are looking to grow our team of experienced and qualified Flight Instructors for Initial Pilot training in Lleida, Spain.<br></strong></p><h3>Our instructors:</h3><p>• Provide hands-on flight training to students, both in the air and on the ground. This involves teaching<br>fundamental flying or theory skills;<br>• Clearly and effectively communicate instructions, adapt teaching methods to accommodate different<br>learning styles and individual student needs;<br>• Emphasize and enforce safety standards throughout the training process. Instruct students on<br>emergency procedures and ensure compliance with aviation regulations;<br>• Regularly assess students’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Identify<br>areas for improvement and work with students to address weaknesses;<br>• Maintain accurate records of student progress, flight hours and instructional activities.
