About the Company Helvetic Airways is a Swiss airline operating a fleet of modern and economical Embraer aircraft, with its own maintenance organisation and hangar at Zurich Airport. Role Overview Helvetic Airways is seeking highly motivated people to work in the Helvetic Maintenance Organization as a Maintenance Control Center Controller, taking the next step in their career on some of the most modern and economical Embraer aircraft. Key Responsibilities Monitor the technical status of all Helvetic aircraft Provide a single point of contact for flight crews and the Operations Control Center (OCC) for all technical queries during aircraft operational hours Assist Helvetic Maintenance and third-party maintenance organisations Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the Helvetic fleet Track and analyse all reported defects across the fleet Manage AOG (aircraft on ground) scenarios and recoveries Ensure company safety policies and practices for maintenance are maintained Ensure compliance with the quality system and procedures Licences & Qualifications A valid EASA Part-66 licence Full driving licence Fluent English, written and spoken; German is desirable Experience At least five years of working experience in line maintenance Maintenance experience on the Embraer E190 and/or E190-E2 is beneficial AMOS experience is beneficial Requirements Ability to supervise and manage technical events and AOG scenarios under pressure Decision-making skills even under time pressure Excellent troubleshooting and organisational skills Willingness to work a shift pattern, with full shift duty capability What We Offer International, multicultural working environment On-the-job training Great infrastructure with Helvetic's own hangar at Zurich Airport Complimentary food on night shift A competitive salary package with an additional night shift allowance Good travel benefits as a partner of MyID Travel Interesting conditions with partners, for example restaurants, hotels, car rental, insurance and mobile phone providers Discounted car parking at Zurich Airport Additional Information Category: Maintenance Start date: to be discussed Location: Zurich Airport, Kloten, Switzerland Applications are made via the Helvetic Airways career website. Requirements

  • Monitor the technical status of all Helvetic aircraft

  • Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the Helvetic fleet
