We are looking for a licensed Avionics Engineer who is hands-on, safety-minded, and takes pride in doing the job right. You will handle avionics repairs, modifications, and troubleshooting within your license scope — making sure every task meets the highest safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards. Your Role Own It: Take charge of executing, supervising, and checking maintenance tasks within your license scope — ensure every job is done right the first time. Raise the Bar: Deliver precise, high-quality work, log every detail in SAP, and meet deadlines with pride and consistency. Work Safe, Always: Follow all safety rules, EHS standards, and company procedures — protect yourself, your team, and the workplace. Stay Sharp: Keep job cards, time sheets, and communications updated daily to stay organized and in control. Fix and Improve: Spot issues early, report defects, and raise hazard or proactive reports to keep operations running smoothly. Team Up: Collaborate closely with team leads, supervisors, and project teams to get the best results together.
