Role Overview Aircraft Technicians are an integral part of the Maintenance team. Their experience, practical knowledge, creativity and problem-solving skills ensure that the aircraft are always maintained in an airworthy and dispatch-ready status, while providing a quality and safety supervisory role to the assigned technical team. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician has a strong understanding of aircraft mechanics, is detail-oriented and able to handle the physical demands of the job. Key Responsibilities Maintain the operational status of Top Aces' fleet of aircraft. Perform regular checks and maintenance. Diagnose issues and repair faulty equipment. Support the training and development of the technical staff. Provide a quality and safety supervisory role to the assigned technical team. Licences & Qualifications Essential: EASA B1.1 licence, in order to lead by example and provide the technical staff with guidance.
