RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
As an Aircraft Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved procedures and safety standards. You will support licensed engineers and ensure that aircraft are safe and airworthy for flight operations. 
 
You will be assigned under one of the following trades: 
 
• Mechanical (B1) 
 
• Engine 
 
• Sheetmetal 
 
• Painter 
 
• Composite 
 
Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections on aircraft and components in accordance with maintenance manual procedures.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Perform light and heavy maintenance tasks as directed by a Senior Technician / Supervisor / Licensed Aircraft Engineer.• Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed using appropriate documentation and software.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Comply with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Use and maintain all tools, equipment and ground support equipment safely and appropriately.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>Any other ad-hoc duties assigned</li>
</ul>

 
QUALIFICATIONS 
 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
 
• Relevant educational qualifications in Aviation or Engineering field 
 
• Willing to work in Singapore 
 
• Willing to do shift work 
 
• Ability to converse and write in English

Aircraft Technician

Work Location: East Job Descriptions: <ul><li>Perform C and D heavy maintenance tasks and other tasks requested by the Licensed Aircraft Engineer/Duty Supervisor.</li><li>Inspect and examine aircraft components, for leaks, cracks or defects</li><li>Read and utilize drawings, maintenance breaks or other issues manuals, ATA codes, illustrated parts catalogues, service bulletins and other maintenance documents to troubleshoot and complete work assignments</li><li>Perform routine maintenance operations, such as the replacement of power plant and aircraft components</li><li>Perform daily and weekly inspections to check for cracks, oil leaks, burned areas, foreign object damage, warping, distortions and missing segments</li><li>Complete all tasks in the allotted time frame and to the quality standards of our company, our customers and the authority</li><li>Order supplies, equipment, materials and parts for repairs and general maintenance</li><li>Keep detailed records of the inspections performed, repairs finished, maintenance procedures and ordered parts</li></ul> Job Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or relevant trade certificates</li><li>At least 3 years of relevant working experience</li><li>Preferred working experience on aircraft engines/airframe/components</li><li>Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Advantage to have experience on commercial or and business aircrafts</li><li>Able to commit rotating shift</li></ul>

Aircraft Technician (A&C Base)

Aircraft Maintenance License Trainee PROGRAMME Selected candidates will undergo a 44-month training programme leading to the award of a professional license in aircraft maintenance. Through classroom and practical training, you will acquire the skills to service and maintain aircraft, advanced engines, sophisticated flight computer systems and electronic flight instrumentation. Candidates will receive generous training allowance during the duration of the training. On successful completion of training, you will be appointed as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) and you can look forward to a rewarding career in the aerospace industry with opportunities for overseas postings and career progression.
