Department: Operations&nbsp;Reports to: Head Ops.&nbsp;Direction Location: Zaragoza -SpainContract Type: Full-time / Permanent&nbsp;Level: Junior / Entry-level (engineering degree not mandatory)&nbsp;Key Responsibilities  Support daily crew rostering in compliance with current FTL regulations (EASA or other applicable).  Assist in handling short-notice operational disruptions (delays, swaps, absences).  Coordinate with Operations, OCC and HR departments.  Update planning tools and crew management software (Leon).  Contribute to post-flight reporting and crew compliance analysis.&nbsp;Requirements  Vocational or university-level training in aviation, administration, or similar.  Knowledge of FTL rules or crew scheduling tools is a plus.  Proficient in MS Office; crew planning software experience is a plus.  Intermediate to upper-intermediate English (B1–B2).  Strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented.
