Role Overview GOL is looking for professionals with engine experience to join its engine workshop at Lagoa Santa, Minas Gerais, working to manufacturer, aviation authority, customer and GOL Aerotech procedures. Key Responsibilities Carry out aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with the procedures of manufacturers, aviation authorities, customers and GOL Aerotech, including the tasks listed below. Engine short-term and long-term preservation. A/B checks, C checks and service checks. LRU replacement and SPM repairs. Service Bulletin inspections (Level II). QEC strip and build-up. Repairs to aft and forward mounts. Engine rating conversion. Replacement of outlet guide vanes. Repairs to acoustic panels and TRF studs. Replacement of supply and scavenge tubes. Blending and repair of fan blades. Mapping of the fan containment case (FCC), fan inlet case (FIC) and fan frame case (FFC). Report-and-repair and replacement of fuel nozzles (under supervision). Inspection and repair of electrical, electronic and avionics components. Contribute to cleanliness, organisation and safety in the workplace, ensuring materials, tools, products and technical documentation are correctly allocated. Support optimisation of activities by using systems to look up procedures, materials and tasks in the area. Keep the area's work moving by monitoring tasks carried out by assistants and Workshop Technicians I, giving continuous feedback to the team and to immediate leadership. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the area's processes through suggestions and critical analysis of the work carried out. Ensure work by assistants and workshop technicians is carried out correctly, through technical monitoring and guidance that safeguards safety, quality and operational compliance. Requirements Completed secondary education. Completed technical training at a recognised institution (SENAI, SEST SENAT, Cotemig or similar). Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office. Technical skills to carry out low- and medium-complexity activities. Licences & Qualifications Technical course in Aircraft Maintenance (MMA). Valid CHT technical qualification certificate. Additional Information Desirable: intermediate English.
