About the Company GOL Linhas Aéreas is looking for professionals with experience in hangar or line aircraft maintenance to join its "Time de Aguias" (Eagles Team), in an inclusive, diverse and stimulating environment. Role Overview This is a talent pool registration for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians at all levels in São Paulo. It is a permanent register of CVs rather than a dated vacancy. Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance work in accordance with technical manuals, internal procedures and applicable regulations. Perform inspections, repairs, modifications, tests and adjustments on aircraft, systems and components. Identify, analyse and resolve faults and technical discrepancies. Make maintenance records in line with operational and regulatory requirements. Work on mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionics, structural and engine systems, in line with your qualifications and ratings. Ensure the correct use and upkeep of equipment and tools. Provide technical support to less experienced colleagues, contributing to the development of the team. Meet the operational safety and quality standards set by the company. Keep work areas tidy and clean through 5S practices. Licences & Qualifications Completed technical course in aircraft maintenance (MMA, Mecanico de Manutenção Aeronáutica ). CCT ( Certificado de Conhecimento Teórico , the ANAC theoretical knowledge certificate) and/or CHT ( Certificado de Homologação Técnica , the ANAC technical approval certificate that constitutes the maintenance licence). Completed secondary education. An active Brazilian driving licence (CNH) is an advantage. Experience Experience in aircraft maintenance. Requirements Intermediate English for reading and interpreting technical documentation. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Availability to work shifts.
