Role Overview STS Aviation Services is hiring Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida to support aircraft modification work on commercial and large regional aircraft in a fast-paced maintenance environment. Technicians perform modification and installation work on A220, A320, Boeing 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft. Candidates should have previous experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and must be able to pass both a written and a hands-on assessment. The role suits technicians with experience in aircraft modifications, sheet metal work, structural installations or related production work. Aircraft Platforms A220 A320 Boeing 737 ERJ-175 Licences & Qualifications A&P licence strongly preferred but not required Must have a valid and current driver's licence Must have the ability to obtain an airport badge Experience 3+ years of previous experience on commercial or large regional aircraft Requirements Must have a complete set of basic hand tools required to perform assigned duties Must pass a written assessment Must pass a hands-on assessment Must be able to work any shift or schedule required Must be authorised to work in the United States What We Offer Highly competitive pay Piece-rate pay structure per aircraft Pay varies by aircraft based on the type of installation or modification performed Additional Information STS Aviation Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
