About the Company Rishworth Aviation is recruiting a Sheet Metal Certifying Technician on behalf of a maintenance operation working on both airline-operated and third-party aircraft. Role Overview The technician will perform repairs, rectification, replacements or installations and inspections, and will carry out, supervise and certify structural maintenance activities during line and base maintenance operations, ensuring all work complies with approved standards, regulatory requirements and company maintenance procedures. The position is based in the United Arab Emirates and requires relocation. Relocation assistance will be provided for successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Perform and certify routine and non-routine structural maintenance tasks in accordance with approved data and regulatory standards. Carry out structural repairs, modifications, installations, replacements, inspections and defect rectification on aircraft airframes. Supervise and support assigned technicians, ensuring all work meets required quality, safety and compliance standards. Review task cards, work instructions and technical documentation to confirm scope, priorities and safety requirements before execution. Record all maintenance activities accurately, including completed tasks, inspection findings and material usage. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures, maintain effective communication and uphold a clean, organised and safe work environment. Licences & Qualifications Diploma or certification in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Airframe/Structures) and/or a company Authorisation Certificate for Aircraft Structure is an advantage. Solid understanding of airframe structures, fabrication processes, repair methods and compliance with aviation standards and regulations. Experience At least 4 years' hands-on experience in aircraft structural maintenance, ideally with exposure to Airbus aircraft. Proven ability to work in fast-paced operational environments with strong attention to safety, quality, teamwork and effective use of maintenance systems. Requirements
