Role Overview The Repair Station Technical Skills Trainer provides skills training through on-the-job training as needed and directed, and establishes themselves as the technical expert and floor-level contact for technicians in training, including floor-level maintenance. The role is an aircraft and aircraft systems technical expert who assists in the training and development of company technical employees, including basic avionics and system familiarisation. Key Responsibilities Establish yourself as the technical expert and floor-level contact for technicians in training Ensure aircraft safety standards are complied with, and promote and mandate practical understanding of working to a high level of safety and quality Instil the values of personal accountability and integrity in the individuals you assist and train Guide technicians so that proper technical data is used on every task, ensure understanding of the task at hand and provide guidance to carry it out successfully Provide direction on maintenance task sign-offs to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance Ensure proper documentation is maintained in accordance with the facility on-the-job training programme and the repair station training manual Provide direction to ensure complete understanding of high-risk tasks and their pitfalls Provide remedial training, pass on aircraft systems knowledge and teach advanced troubleshooting techniques to less experienced technicians Stay engaged with repair station trends (SMS, Top 3, First Pass Yield) and use them to identify priorities Promote proper use and handling of tooling, PPE and chemicals that are dangerous to employees and the environment Assist in the development of logical, progressive, competency-based technical training Provide input and guidance on the ERT and Master Technician programmes Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to read, interpret and explain maintenance manuals, illustrated parts catalogues, ASCs, CBs, CMP cards, engineering orders and blueprints Must be able to troubleshoot systems during tests and perform systems and operational checks Must maintain repair station core training, given the expectation of performing aircraft maintenance and documentation in aircraft records Must maintain a current qualifier certificate while in this position Must be available to conduct training on any shift and to travel as necessary Must possess facilitation and presentation capabilities Good organisational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills Well-rounded aircraft and aircraft systems technical knowledge Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Licences & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) licence required Experience Eight years of related maintenance experience and technical training What We Offer Pay: base range of USD 44.18 to 51.54 per hour; final compensation is determined by factors including minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience and location Competitive compensation Medical, prescription, dental and vision coverage Life and disability insurance Retirement savings plan Employee assistance plan Wellness programmes, paid leave and tuition assistance Voluntary programmes such as adoption assistance, prepaid legal assistance, home and auto insurance, and accident insurance Additional Information Department: Service Center Employment type: Full-time Shift: First Travel: Up to 25% Posting end date: 4 September 2026 Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.

Requirements
