Role Overview Under minimal supervision, perform Return to Service (RTS) oversight and assist team members with the general and technical aspects of Quality Control return-to-service requirements, so that aircraft airworthiness is maintained in a timely and efficient manner. This position sits in the Return to Service department and is responsible for creating customer maintenance records, including logbook entries, FAA Form 337s and applicable foreign aircraft documentation. Key Responsibilities Oversee Return to Service processes to ensure aircraft airworthiness in compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations and company policy Prepare, review and approve aircraft documentation, including logbook entries, FAA Form 337s and foreign authority documentation Prepare and schedule aircraft documentation with the QC analysts and inspection team, and review all documents and work orders before the aircraft is returned to service Oversee, develop and implement documents for Quality Control use Coordinate new supplemental type certificates (STCs), Aircraft Flight Manual supplements and FAA Form 337 field approvals of avionics and mechanical installations with the Engineering Certification group and the FAA Assist with special flight permits, standard airworthiness certificates and export certificates Act as focal point for the inspection team and assure technical data for CMP, Engineering, Technical Services, Avionics and other service centre departments Act as primary point of contact for customers after departure for questions on the work scope of the maintenance visit, compliance, research and documentation, and assist customers with all activities relating to previous and present maintenance performed on the aircraft Notify and work with QC management when a foreign authority's modification approval is required Assure the security and accuracy of all aircraft records held Attend required meetings as delegated by the supervisor and identify critical path issues for return to service Act as primary trainer for QC Analysts and QC Analyst Assistants, and mentor peers on FAA regulatory requirements for work in process Research compliance from past history, identify documentation gaps and resolve discrepancies and shortages affecting compliance Support continuous improvement of QC documentation processes and standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements General knowledge of the Federal Aviation Regulations, advisory circulars, FAA forms and documents, and foreign authority documentation Detailed technical knowledge of aircraft theory, inspection processes and procedure requirements, and how these integrate with aircraft records Thorough knowledge of aircraft logbooks and maintenance entries, including proper aircraft work order documentation Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical ability with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision Effective communication skills, supporting internal teams and external customers Experience with foreign authority documentation desirable but not required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Licences & Qualifications A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) licence required Bachelor's degree in a related curriculum required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job Experience 6 years of airworthiness experience in any of 14 CFR Parts 23, 25, 27, 29, 33 and/or Parts 91, 121, 125, 135, 145, or 6 years of military aviation maintenance experience Proven expertise in aircraft logbooks, maintenance entries and work order documentation Additional Information Job category: Quality Assurance Travel: Up to 25% Shift: First Employment type: Full-time Posting end date: 31 August 2026 Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.

Requirements
