Senior Production Controller - Technical Operations

Role Overview Responsible for overall aircraft flow and paperwork accountability, including complete event pre-planning, the aircraft induction and release process, daily flow and accountability to keep aircraft on track, and post-check reporting. The role liaises with multiple internal and external departments, including vendor support companies, to resolve issues and maintain aircraft flow, resolves headcount requirements to sustain production levels, and reports and analyses aircraft material costs. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and manage overall aircraft check flow, including long-range plans for upcoming maintenance events and daily management of aircraft visit workflow Build task assignments, priorities and flow for applicable shifts Maintain paperwork accountability and regulatory compliance of maintenance documents Provide status reporting and issue resolution Forecast and plan headcount against production targets Carry out pre-induction preparation and post-check analysis, including complete pre-planning and detailed production flow in logical sequence Communicate with multiple support departments to ensure the resources required to maintain production targets are available Establish check critical milestones and priorities, and produce cross-event reporting and analysis Manage support shop resources and workload, and compile, analyse and report on check performance Licences & Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant licence required High school diploma or equivalent; background in aviation, management or operations management Preferred: bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience Experience At least 3 years' aviation experience Preferred: 5+ years' aircraft maintenance and production control experience; heavy aircraft maintenance planning experience; working knowledge of SCEPTRE; understanding of applicable process improvement and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Requirements Proficient in MS Office applications Strong data analytics skills Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels, including executive, and to team with internal and external business partners Ability to handle simultaneous projects and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment Must be legally authorised to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of an interview is required to meet job qualifications Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position What We Offer Base pay range for this role is $89,965.00 to $117,212.00, dependent on job-related factors such as experience, education and skills Eligibility for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards Competitive benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life, accident and disability cover, parental leave, employee assistance programme, commuter benefits, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) and flight privileges

Requirements
