Role Overview Babcock is recruiting a Senior Mechanical Supervisor at RAF Valley, Isle of Anglesey, Wales, providing hands-on leadership and technical authority within a highly regulated fast-jet aviation maintenance environment. You will lead and supervise mechanical activity on aircraft and aircraft components, ensuring all maintenance is completed safely, compliantly and to approved technical standards, taking responsibility for task delegation, supervision, fault diagnosis and delivery performance while supporting the leadership and development of your team. This is a key position of authority within the unit, with responsibility for signing off work and supervising maintenance activities within defined trade boundaries. Compensation: £37,271.74 plus benefits. Role type: full time, permanent, on site, working a 36-hour early shift pattern. Role ID: SF73192.
