Role Overview ST Engineering is looking for B1.1 trained Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAEs) to support its base maintenance operations at 8 Changi North Way, Singapore. The role involves aircraft inspection, functional test and certification. A system course is provided. The ideal candidate is a CAAS, CAAM, CAA HK, CAAC, CAANZ, CASA, UK CAA or JCAB licence holder, with or without an aircraft type rating. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day routine maintenance and rectification of aircraft defects Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with approved maintenance data and company, authority and customer requirements Perform aircraft certificate of release to service (CRS) certification for maintenance and repair, according to the company authorisation issued by the Quality Department Assist in forecasting manpower, spares and equipment needs Ensure all staff under their control observe safety precautions and report unsafe working conditions and operations Assist in the investigation of incident and accident reports and ensure corrective actions are implemented Ensure tools and equipment under their control are properly maintained, calibrated and correctly used Ensure action is always taken to maintain the aircraft on schedule Provide general supervision, control and discipline of staff in their charge, and perform other duties as required Licences & Qualifications Required: B1.1 licence holder from CAAS, CAAM, CAA HK, CAAC, CAANZ, CASA, UK CAA or JCAB Licence holders without a type rating from the above issuing authorities are also welcome to apply Opportunity to convert to a CAAS licence for licence holders who do not already hold one Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Meticulous and organised Additional Information Permanent and fixed term contract roles are available. Requirements
