Job Description

Role Overview Rishworth is seeking a Senior Base Engineer / Base Manager who will provide engineering leadership, ensure aircraft are delivered on schedule and safely, and maintain full compliance with New Zealand CAA regulations and the organisation's maintenance exposition. The role also involves supporting the growth and development of the engineering team and fostering a strong team culture. This position is based in New Zealand and requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided to successful candidates. Key Responsibilities Work alongside the Base Manager and RTS engineers to ensure all maintenance is carried out correctly and in accordance with current OEM and regulatory requirements Provide engineering oversight on complex tasks and support engineers with technical queries to identify and resolve customer defects Understand all relevant aircraft publications, company documentation, drawings and blueprints so that information is interpreted and used correctly Maintain the paperwork required to certify all work carried out and ensure general business processes are completed Actively assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks on the helicopters when required Work closely with the Helicopter Maintenance Foreman to ensure knowledge gaps among engineers are addressed Licences & Qualifications Experienced Licensed Aviation Maintenance Engineer with a relevant airframe and engine rating H145 / AS350 type rating is essential Experience Minimum 10 years of certifying experience What We Offer Mobility and relocation assistance for successful candidates Additional Information Apply now with your latest up-to-date CV. Requirements
