Rishworth is seeking a Senior Base Engineer / Base Manager who will provide engineering leadership, ensure aircraft are delivered on schedule and in a safe manner, and maintain full compliance with NZ CAA regulations and the organisationâs maintenance exposition. The role also involves supporting the growth and development of the engineering team and fostering a strong team culture. This is a position based in New Zealand which requires relocation. Mobility assistance will be provided for successful incumbents. Job Responsibilities Work alongside the Base Manager and RTS Engineers to ensure that all maintenance is carried out correctly and in accordance with current OEM and regulatory requirements. Engineering oversight on complex tasks and supporting engineers with technical queries to identify and resolve customer defect Understand all relevant aircraft publications, company documentation, drawings and blueprints to ensure that information is interpreted and utilized correctly. Maintain appropriate paperwork required to certify all work carried out and to ensure general business processes are completed. Actively assist in day-to-day maintenance tasks on the helicopters when required. Work closely with Helicopter Maintenance Foreman to ensure knowledge gaps are being addressed with Engineers.  Job Requirements Must be an experienced Licensed Aviation Maintenance Engineer with a relevant airframe and engine rating. Requirements
