Responsibilities The challenges that await you at your next destination are: Be the technical reference (troubleshooting) for solving problems related to the area's activities. Control and monitor deferred items (ACR), ensuring that no aircraft continues in operation with an expired item and that they are closed out as quickly as possible. Provide support to maintenance technicians and crew whenever they raise questions about technical discrepancies on the fleet's aircraft, whether identified in routine situations or critical ones such as accidents, incidents or AOS (aircraft out of service). Act in AOS (aircraft out of service) events, ensuring that maintenance actions are coordinated together with the maintenance base. Distribute related activities among MOCC staff, so as to provide the areas connected with the operation with complete and up-to-date information about the fleet. Define whether or not an aircraft can be released for flight with the reported occurrence, based on the information received from maintenance technicians, the restrictions imposed by the item and the regulations in force, supported by the MOCC Supervisor and MOCC Technical Coordinator when the release is complex and raises doubts about the aircraft's actual airworthiness conditions. Ensure that the employees under your responsibility adhere to the company's standards of discipline, conduct and ethics. Maintain a good relationship and excellent communication between the team and the company's other operational areas. Carry out the actions necessary to correct non-conformities arising from internal and external audits, as well as ensure adequate resources and processes to prevent their recurrence. Maintain a high level of situational awareness to preserve operational safety. Identify and report hazards in operations. Contribute to the achievement of the Safety Objectives and performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to your area. Manage risks and threats to safety in accordance with acceptable levels. Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with the conditions and restrictions of the certificates issued by the authorities and in compliance with the company's regulations and standards. Know GOL's environmental policy (DC-PO-MK-ENV-001-PT-01) and comply with the guidelines of GOL's environmental management system manual (MSGA), described in MN-MKT-ENV-001 and the documents cited therein, including the environmental legislation applicable to your activities. In addition: Provide support and decision-making regarding aircraft unavailable due to unscheduled maintenance, and may act as shift leader under delegation of the coordinator. Ensure that the employees under your responsibility fully adhere to the company's standards of discipline, conduct and ethics. Promote good relationships and excellent communication between the MOCC team and the company's other operational areas. Requirements and Qualifications What you must have in your baggage: Completed high school education. Completed technical education in Aircraft Maintenance, Electronics or Mechanics. Experience in aircraft maintenance or related areas (essential on the Airbus A330 aircraft). At least 2 valid CHTs (Airframe, GMP or Avionics — holding all 3 CHTs is considered an advantage) issued by ANAC, OR active registration with CREA. Intermediate English for writing, reading and conversation. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. Advantage: proficiency or knowledge in the use of the AMOS system. Desired knowledge of and/or experience with people management.
