Job Description

Role Overview GOL is looking for professionals with MCC and aircraft maintenance experience, strong problem-solving ability and proven performance under operational pressure to join its Eagles Team. The role is based in the MOCC (Maintenance Operations Control Centre), acting as the technical reference for monitoring the Airbus A330 fleet and supporting decision-making in highly complex operational scenarios. The company is looking for people who work autonomously, communicate excellently, maintain high situational awareness and decide quickly. The vacancy is also open to people with disabilities and is based at head office in São Paulo. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical reference (troubleshooting) for fault analysis and for decision support relating to the airworthiness and availability of the fleet. Monitor and control deferred items (ACR), ensuring regulatory requirements are met and open items are cleared quickly. Provide technical support to the maintenance, operations and crew teams in both routine and critical occurrences. Coordinate and follow up AOS (Aircraft Out of Service) events, working with the maintenance bases to restore the operation. Assess and decide on the release of aircraft for flight, based on the regulations in force, operational conditions and safety requirements. Work autonomously during the shift, supporting critical operational decisions and ensuring fast, assertive responses in highly complex scenarios. Promote clear and effective communication between the MOCC and the other areas of the company. Identify, report and manage operational risks, contributing to the company's operational safety objectives and indicators. Ensure compliance with aeronautical regulations, internal procedures and company quality standards. Provide specialist technical support during unscheduled maintenance events. Act as shift leader when designated by the area coordination. Contribute to the technical development of the team by sharing knowledge and good practice. Promote a collaborative environment built on communication, discipline, ethics and operational safety. Requirements Completed secondary education (Ensino Médio). Completed technical education in Aircraft Maintenance, Electronics or Mechanics. Intermediate English, written, reading and spoken. Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. Technical knowledge of aircraft maintenance and fault resolution (troubleshooting). Desirable Knowledge of the AMOS system. Experience as a technical leader, focal point or shift operational owner. Experience with crisis management and AOG/AOS events. Knowledge of and/or experience in people management. Licences & Qualifications Two CHTs (Certificado de Habilitação Técnica) in Célula (airframe), GMP (powerplant) or Aviônicos (avionics) — holding all three ratings is an advantage — or active CREA registration. Experience Experience in aircraft maintenance and in an MCC/MOCC environment. Hands-on experience with the Airbus A330.
