Rotary Wing Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)

About the Company Our client is a Part 145 Approved Maintenance Organisation in Australia that primarily supports maintenance, repair and overhaul of both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, as well as component maintenance. Role Overview The company is looking for rotary wing LAMEs across a range of type ratings, who will take responsibility for maintaining the helicopters in accordance with both regulatory and organisational requirements. This is a 4-on, 3-off roster in a typical week. Key Responsibilities Complete tasks assigned by the Responsible Manager within the agreed time frame Certify stages of work, with maintenance sign-off and maintenance certification carried out no later than the end of the day Supervise maintenance tasks performed by non-rated staff such as AMEs, contractors and apprentices Provide direction, assistance and supervision to apprentices Give feedback to coordinators on estimates for additional maintenance and provide details of any required extensions to task durations Carry out independent and duplicate inspections, and advise an independent LAME when one is required, in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards Identify and report hazards and potential safety risks to the appropriate person Licences & Qualifications ICAO equivalent Aircraft Maintenance Engineer licence with valid ratings on at least two of the following airframes and engines: Bell 212/412, Bell 206/407, BK117/H145, AS332/EC225 and/or AW139 Experience At least 5 years of professional working experience as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer What We Offer Competitive and well-rounded remuneration package Penalty rates for hours worked above 38 per week 4-on, 3-off roster Additional Information Apply now with your latest up-to-date CV. Requirements

• Penalty rates for hours worked above 38 per week
