About the Company This is a component repair role with an RTX business operating a CCAR-145 approved civil aircraft maintenance facility in Shanghai, China. Role Overview In accordance with the Regulations on Qualification Examination and Approval of Civil Aircraft Maintenance Units (CCAR-145) promulgated by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the company's relevant provisions, you will undertake authorised work covering the disassembly and cleaning, analysis, repair, modification, overhaul, assembly and final testing of aircraft galley equipment, including work card signature. Key Responsibilities Follow and implement Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) work manuals and procedures. Repair aircraft galley equipment such as water heaters, coffee machines, ovens and refrigerators in line with the component maintenance manual (CMM). Comply with the environment, health and safety policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, and support EH&S activities as required. Support Global Trade related activities and reports as required. Complete other duties assigned by senior leaders and ensure work performance targets are met. Requirements College or bachelor's degree in mechatronics or a related field. Able to read and write in English. Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player. Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Licences & Qualifications Preferred: current, valid component maintenance personnel licence (TA), with licence English level 3 or above. Preferred: ability to communicate in English. Experience At least 1 to 2 years' working experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in civil aviation. Additional Information Position role type: unspecified.
