Role Overview Under general supervision from management, plan and coordinate all assigned tasks within the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) shops and provide daily status reports to management as necessary. Responsibilities include scheduling tasks, assigning manpower, working across business units to solve problems, resolving discrepancies and reporting to repair station leadership on performance metrics and other repair station operations. Key Responsibilities Work within the Gulfstream Aerospace service and production environments to coordinate all physical and regulatory requirements related to aircraft and aircraft component maintenance Review work performed and ensure completion of the forms and records required for compliance with Repair Station regulatory requirements and corporate standards Plan, schedule and arrange completion of tasks to meet all MRO schedules Arrange technical training as required and ensure applicable PQL qualifications are kept current for subordinates Provide input to performance appraisals for review by area management Apply 6S and Lean initiatives so that shops meet production requirements and work areas remain clean, uncluttered and safe Lead and instruct shop personnel in proper procedures and techniques Ensure all work performed by the assigned team complies with required documentation, including Component Maintenance Manuals, drawings, blueprints and computerised maintenance procedures Support process improvement through Lean initiatives and other tools to enhance efficiency, safety and production Ensure the assigned team maintains and uses all required paperwork in accordance with FAA Repair Station requirements Ensure the assigned team complies with all company and legislative environmental, health and safety regulations Identify and resolve gaps within processes to ensure continuity of operations within the repair station framework Additional duties Evaluate workload, actual and projected schedule, parts availability and current and estimated manpower to determine adjustments to manpower requirements, and make manpower change recommendations to management Establish and foster an environment of innovation and Lean thinking, encouraging use of Lean tools and techniques to improve safety and repair processes, increase efficiency and realise cost savings Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be able to work any shift as required Preferred experience in landing gear, brakes, wheels, hydraulics or windows Demonstrated leadership ability with strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to read and interpret all required maintenance and regulatory documents Demonstrated expertise in operating all tools, test equipment and material handling equipment relevant to the area of responsibility, including specialised tooling Good understanding of shop mathematics Proficient in the use of commercial and proprietary software packages and applications Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language Licences & Qualifications High school diploma or GED required FAA A&P licence, or the ability to obtain a repairman certificate within 30 days of the start date Experience Seven years of experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation Additional Information Department: Materials Employment type: Full-time Shift: First Travel: None Posting end date: 26 August 2026 Gulfstream does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position, unless the applicant is a currently sponsored Gulfstream employee.

Requirements
