Key Responsibilities Liaise with customer representatives on documentation procedures, including certification and maintenance release Ensure all aircraft hold valid documents such as the Certificate of Registration, Certificate of Airworthiness, Radio Licence and Insurance Certificate, as applicable Conduct internal quality audits as scheduled by the Quality Audit Plan or as instructed by the Quality Manager Carry out investigations into incidents, accidents, customer complaints and warranty claims Carry out surveillance inspections at various stages of aircraft work in progress, covering correct maintenance practices, good housekeeping and proper documentation Assist in the evaluation of new contracted operators' interface procedures, or amendments to existing ones Carry out Airworthiness Directives reviews Monitor and track contracted operators' surveillance follow-up actions to closure Consolidate the aircraft surveillance and investigation KPIs for the programme assigned Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager Licences & Qualifications Hold an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer's Licence (AMEL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), a foreign equivalent licence recognised by CAAS, an FAA A&P certificate, or another professional licence relating to aviation Diploma in engineering or equivalent Experience Minimum five years of working experience in the aviation industry Conversant with airworthiness requirements and/or a Quality Management System (AS9110) Ability to perform internal and external quality audits is an added advantage Requirements Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and in a team environment
Requirements
