Role Overview We are expanding our Maintenance team to keep all our aircraft airworthy. You will perform scheduled and unscheduled line and light maintenance tasks according to the appropriate aircraft maintenance manuals, across the following work scopes: Line and light maintenance on the Airbus A320 family fleet, including the A320neo Line and light maintenance on the Airbus A330 fleet Key Responsibilities Manage and certify line maintenance tasks, including simple cabin tasks Troubleshoot and monitor recurring problems Manage required inspection tasks when the inspection rating is achieved and available on the company licence Test aeroplane systems Handle towing and push-back of aeroplanes and radio communication with ATC Ensure aircraft documents are completed correctly in accordance with regulations and company procedures Monitor and follow up the state of maintenance of ground equipment material and worksites Deliver the release to service in a conscientious, quick and high-quality manner, exercising technical judgement in a safety-critical environment Licences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in aviation technology with completed EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 modules Airbus A320 and/or A330 type rating (Part-147 type training plus OJT) required Very good level of technical English (all manuals and classroom training are in English) Experience Minimum 5 years of on-the-job training (OJT) completed in a Part-145 environment Minimum 2 years' experience as Cat A certifying staff Accurate and autonomous worker who brings quality assurance and a sense of responsibility Safety-focused, with excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach Positive attitude, solution-minded, with good analytical abilities and focus on operational efficiency What We Offer A challenging job in aviation where entrepreneurship, collegiality and a hands-on spirit are central Flexibility: a predictable 6-week rotational shift system (7 days early, late and night) with almost 7 full days off between each 7-day block; a fixed night pattern is also possible Continuous personal and professional development: extensive training through the b.academy and the Lufthansa Group network, including additional aircraft type ratings across the fleet and the possibility to broaden your licence through B1/B2 cross-qualification, plus international career opportunities within the Lufthansa Group Travel discounts: attractive flight and hotel rates for you and your family, plus special deals for friends A people-oriented environment with more than 3,500 colleagues and over 60 nationalities, where diversity and inclusion are celebrated; a company uniform is provided and maintained An attractive salary in line with your experience and competencies, with a flexible reward plan to further optimise part of your salary A parking spot at the airport or a fully paid public-transport subscription CLA90 bonus and profit sharing when collective targets are met Meal vouchers and eco vouchers Health insurance for you and your family at favourable rates Pension insurance, including insurance coverage of 2 years in case of long-term illness “Benefits at work” employee discount platform 21 vacation days (20 plus 1 extra) plus extra seniority holidays Additional Information Please upload a copy of your aircraft maintenance licence (AML) in the documents section when applying.

Requirements

• Line and light maintenance on the Airbus A320 family fleet, including the A320neo
• Line and light maintenance on the Airbus A330 fleet
• Manage and certify line maintenance tasks, including simple cabin tasks
• Troubleshoot and monitor recurring problems
• Manage required inspection tasks when the inspection rating is achieved and available on the company licence
• Test aeroplane systems
• Handle towing and push-back of aeroplanes and radio communication with ATC
• Ensure aircraft documents are completed correctly in accordance with regulations and company procedures
• Monitor and follow up the state of maintenance of ground equipment material and worksites
