Role Overview AEGEAN is looking for Non-Type Rated Captains to join its Airbus fleet, within the Captains Airbus department of Flight Operations at Athens International Airport. The role suits candidates interested in a permanent contract in a secure employment environment with long-term stability, ready to provide unparalleled service and value to passengers through innovation and teamwork, with the highest dedication to safety. Type of employment: Full-time Application deadline: 30/09/2026 Licences & Qualifications EASA ATPL(A) with a valid type rating on an aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate Experience 5,000 hours total time on Commercial Air Transport (CAT) in an aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes, or 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft What We Offer Permanent contract in a secure employment environment with long-term stability

Requirements

  • EASA ATPL(A) with a valid type rating on an aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4
  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • 5,000 hours total time on Commercial Air Transport (CAT) in an aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes
  • 2,000 hours as PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 40 tonnes, or 1,000 hours as PIC on any Airbus fly-by-wire aircraft
  • Permanent contract in a secure employment environment with long-term stability
