Job Description

Role Overview Reporting to the MCC Manager, the MCC Coordinator's main task is to ensure the availability of the aircraft in the Transavia fleet. During the shift, the MCC works under the functional direction of the Technical Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Handling crew calls during operations, maintaining a multi-channel watch over VHF, ACARS and telephone to follow the aircraft of the Transavia fleet Providing the link with the operations control centre, the crews and the various MROs Recording all these requests for intervention in the Jaguards tool for follow-up Preparing operations meetings and reporting to the Technical Operations Manager (production briefing, end-of-shift brief, reports on specific follow-ups, event reports and similar) Managing MELs and go/no-go decisions in the TRAX ERP tool, with follow-up and updating of the control panel and the fleet status Managing external work subcontracted to service providers (triggering, follow-up, access and so on) Managing technical delays, challenging the code, the duration and the preventive actions to be put in place, with the help of Jaguards For operational needs, following up commander's certificates of release to service (APRS CDB), MEL extension requests, creation of one-offs, parts statements and manufacturer requests (Boeing, Airbus, CFM), and creation of part numbers Licences & Qualifications Part 66 licence required B737NG qualification appreciated Qualification in aeronautical maintenance English level: B2 Eligible for a category B driving licence and a red badge Experience At least 5 years of experience, including experience in an equivalent post Command and knowledge of standard office IT tools; knowledge of TRAX appreciated Ability to prepare operational meetings Responsiveness, initiative and decision-making Ability to manage pressure, a sense of organisation and of situations, adaptability, priority management, analytical ability and autonomy Good interpersonal skills, listening and communication ability, and the ability to work in a team Additional Information Contract type: permanent (CDI). Working time: full time. Level of study: no preference.
