Role Overview Within the Technical Department and reporting to the MCC (Maintenance Control Centre) Manager, you are responsible for technical monitoring and maintenance activities across the Aircalin fleet. Key Responsibilities Guarantee the technical availability of the fleet in real time and coordinate corrective maintenance at base and at stopovers, technical assessments and the analysis of complex and recurring failures. Ensure that daily tasks are properly executed, both in terms of maintenance engineering and its organisation. Act as the technical interface with the Operations Control Centre, continuously providing the information needed for the sound operation of the fleet. Take part in line maintenance and hangar maintenance checks, prioritising crisis situations, technical support to stopover stations and troubleshooting. Lead troubleshooting activities and act as the focal point for all relevant technical information. Direct the necessary maintenance operations in crisis situations, working directly with the Technical Department on-call duty. Order and track orders linked to ongoing troubleshooting, in liaison with the logistics department. Contribute to producing lessons learned and technical instructions, then ensure they are applied. Contribute to monitoring the department's quality indicators. Licences & Qualifications Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac +2) in aircraft maintenance. Certifying staff authorisation (APRS, B1 or B1/B2) on A320neo and A330neo types desirable. Part-145 competencies. Experience Experience and qualifications on aircraft in the Aircalin fleet (A320neo, A330neo, A350). Requirements Command of technical English. Good knowledge of standard office IT tools. Rigour and autonomy; resilience under stress. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a team. Sense of responsibility; sound judgement and willingness to take the initiative. Resourceful and flexible, with a systematic approach to problem solving. Clean criminal record. Category B driving licence and own vehicle.
