Role Overview Lead with precision and excellence as a Maintenance Manager with Jet Aviation. In this critical leadership role you oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance, ensuring peak airworthiness, safety and regulatory compliance across a premium fleet. As Maintenance Manager you will manage scheduled inspections and coordinate with OEMs and regulatory bodies, driving operational reliability and upholding the highest standards of maintenance quality. The position demands a proactive, detail-oriented professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills and a commitment to supporting seamless flight operations for a discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities Leadership and compliance: ensure adherence to company manuals and regulatory standards, maintain technical proficiency through training, and represent Jet Aviation as a trusted industry ambassador. Take on special projects and responsibilities as needed. Administrative excellence: plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, monitor maintenance at remote locations, manage computerised tracking programmes, and evaluate directives and bulletins for applicability. Procure and compare maintenance quotes for supervisor review. Safety and aircraft maintenance: perform and oversee maintenance, inspections and repairs to ensure aircraft readiness and compliance with airworthiness standards, keeping accurate logbooks and records while monitoring remote maintenance activity. Client and vendor coordination: work with clients, vendors and internal teams to meet maintenance requirements, and manage contracts, manuals and budgets while ensuring accuracy in invoices and payments. Requirements Flexibility: able to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles. Global readiness: willing to travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions. Education: two years of college or equivalent technical training. Team spirit: strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and a passion for collaboration, with exceptional organisational and communication skills and a deep understanding of the aviation industry. Management skills: proactive and self-motivated, able to address technical and practical challenges and manage intricate instructions. IT skills: computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft products. Licences & Qualifications Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) mechanic certificate required Inspection Authorization (IA) certification desired Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record Experience Five years of aviation maintenance experience Three years of practical corporate aircraft experience Thorough knowledge of maintenance planning and management oversight of inspections, repairs and modifications What We Offer Compensation: the posting does not state a salary range.
