Plan scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while minimising disruption to client flight schedules. Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, maintenance records and inspection requirements. Coordinate inspections, repairs, modifications, parts, vendors, quotes and maintenance packages. Troubleshoot discrepancies and support complex technical and operational challenges. Maintain accurate aircraft logbooks, permanent records and computerised maintenance tracking systems. Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets; review, code and reconcile invoices. Keep clients, pilots, Flight Control and maintenance leadership informed of aircraft status. Support aircraft during normal and after-hours maintenance requirements. Represent Jet Aviation professionally and demonstrate its values of Trust, Honesty, Alignment and Transparency. Licences & Qualifications Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certificate. Inspection Authorization preferred. Valid driver's licence. Experience At least five years of aviation maintenance experience, with eight preferred, ideally including three years in corporate aviation. Knowledge and previous use of applicable FAA regulations, industry standards, OSHA and IS-BAO requirements. Experience with maintenance planning, inspections, repairs, modifications, aircraft records and maintenance tracking. Business aviation training and project management experience preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat and computerised maintenance tracking systems preferred. Requirements Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly organised, adaptable and self-directed, comfortable managing several priorities at once and creating practical systems for tasks, deadlines, records and communications.
