Role Overview GOL is looking for professionals with experience in technical maintenance training. The role develops, structures and updates training content, supporting the area's Training Specialist in drawing up and implementing the training programmes and learning solutions required by national and international regulators. The analyst works to ensure training complies with legal, normative and regulatory requirements and is duly approved by the competent authorities, contributing to certification, recertification and the maintenance of ratings, with a constant focus on operational safety, risk mitigation and operational excellence. Authority Support the area Specialist in preparing training programmes, developing and updating instructional materials, and in dealings with GOL business areas, aviation authorities, regulators, audits and inspections. Support leadership in managing training programmes, the continuous improvement programme and educational projects. Key Responsibilities Support the Specialist in updating, revising and publishing the area's training programmes in line with the laws, standards and requirements applicable in Brazil and in the countries where GOL operates. Develop content, reaction and learning assessments, workbooks, videos and instructional training materials, validated by the area Specialist. Monitor the content of the area's regulatory training to confirm it complies with applicable requirements. Develop, together with the subject Specialist, policies and procedures to standardise the area's training processes and keep them compliant. Carry out internal validation of the area's regulatory documents with the business areas and the corporate academy, and external validation with the regulators, supported by the subject Specialist. Organise the evidence and materials needed to respond to audits and inspections of the area's training programmes, working with Quality Control staff and Specialists. Control the execution of Corrective Action Plans arising from internal and external training audits in the area. Carry out observations and support the development of training improvement actions within the guidelines of the Continuous Improvement Programme, jointly with or on behalf of the subject Specialist. Carry out activities relating to implementation of the Safety Objectives and safety performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to the area. Track and support the technical and regulatory analysis of requests from the annual Training Needs Assessment (LNT), checking adherence to current regulations, whether training is genuinely mandatory, and that training resources are used consistently and efficiently. Requirements Completed higher education (degree certificate or proof of graduation). Experience as an aircraft mechanic. Experience with aircraft maintenance training. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; advanced PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced English. Licences & Qualifications At least two CHT technical qualification certificates (Airframe / Electrical / Powerplant - AVI/CEL/GMP).
