Role Overview OSC Line Maintenance Structures Technician in the OSC Line Maintenance department, reporting to the OSC Line Maintenance Manager and the Line Maintenance Structures Supervisor. Positions are available on first and second shifts. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret all maintenance instructions as applicable, such as AMMs, SRMs, WDMs, IPCs, EAs and routine task cards Troubleshoot and repair discrepancies as necessary, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with approved maintenance data Ensure all work is performed and documented in accordance with Kalitta Air and FAA requirements Ensure any discrepancies identified during the performance of a maintenance task are documented Follow all Kalitta Air and FAA policies and procedures Follow all Kalitta Air safety rules and procedures, and ensure any identified safety-related deficiencies are brought to the company's attention Keep a neat and clean work area at all times Any other duties as assigned by the Lead, Supervisor or Manager Licences & Qualifications Licence: Airframe licence not required but a plus High school graduate; some college and/or technical school Experience Military experience is accepted Requirements Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily Able to read, write and understand spoken and written English, and to write routine reports and correspondence Additional Information Physical demands: The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds. Requirements
