Role Overview STS Technical Services is hiring Licensed S-92 Helicopter Mechanics in Lafayette, Louisiana to support aircraft maintenance operations tied to lease return projects. The role performs maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on rotary-wing aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards, supporting fast-paced, safety-critical operations with a strong focus on quality and turnaround time. Key Responsibilities Perform aircraft maintenance in support of lease return projects Complete assigned task cards in accordance with company and regulatory standards Conduct routine and non-routine inspections Inspect, test, troubleshoot and repair rotary-wing aircraft systems Remove and replace aircraft components as required Perform general structural and mechanical repairs Execute operational checks to ensure proper system functionality Comply with all safety and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned in support of maintenance operations Licences & Qualifications Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) licence required Experience Minimum 2+ years of S-92 experience required Candidates with UH-60 or VH-92 experience must have 4-5+ years of relevant experience Aircraft types worked: S-92, UH-60, VH-92 and EC-145 Inspection experience highly preferred Requirements Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and safety requirements Ability to complete assigned maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory standards Must pass standard pre-employment requirements, including background check and drug screening Must be open to either 1st or 2nd shift What We Offer Hourly rate plus a weekly per diem Hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift Fast-paced, safety-driven environment supporting PHI Aviation operations in Lafayette, Louisiana Additional Information Expect a quick hiring process, with Microsoft Teams interviews scheduled shortly after submission.
