Role Overview Join the team at TUI and play a vital role in maintaining the aircraft to the highest standards, ensuring safe and efficient operations every day. Key Responsibilities Maintaining the aircraft so they continue to fly safely, punctually and efficiently Carrying out maintenance checks, repairs and inspections on the fleet, all in line with strict regulatory and company standards Working alongside various teams to resolve technical issues swiftly and effectively as they arise Working on complex aircraft systems while ensuring the highest safety standards are always upheld Monitoring and certifying the work of colleagues holding an 'A' licence Contributing actively to enhancing the performance and technical reliability of the aircraft, and supporting off-base maintenance when required Requirements Strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders Proficiency in English, spoken and written A valid driving licence (category B required; BE is a plus) Licences & Qualifications A B1 licence is essential, authorised to work on the B737NG, B737MAX and B787 Graduating this year from a technical aviation programme?
