Job Description

Role Overview Are you an engineer/technician with a passion for hands-on work who loves variety? You will play a crucial role in maintaining our aircraft to ensure they continue to fly safely, punctually and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Carry out maintenance checks, repairs and inspections on our fleet in line with strict regulatory and company standards. Collaborate with various teams to swiftly and effectively resolve technical issues. Work with complex aircraft systems and ensure the highest safety standards are upheld. Monitor and certify the work of colleagues holding an 'A' licence. Contribute actively to enhancing the performance and technical reliability of our aircraft. Support off-base maintenance when required. Licences & Qualifications A B1 licence, authorised to work on the B737NG, B737MAX and B787, or willingness to complete Part 66 modules (supported by TUI). Requirements Proven experience in aircraft maintenance is an advantage. Strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
