Draken also believes in fair reward and recognition for our employees. Role Overview We are recruiting a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B2) to join our Fleet Maintenance team. This is an opportunity for an experienced certifying engineer to play a key role in maintaining the airworthiness, safety and operational readiness of our aircraft fleet. Reporting to the Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer (SLAE), you will carry out and certify maintenance activities, supervise engineering personnel where required, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, company procedures and safety standards. The role also offers the opportunity to support aircraft operations at detached locations and to contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices across the business. Key Responsibilities Certify maintenance activities within the scope of your company authorisation and complete technical documentation accurately. Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections, defect rectification, modifications and Service Bulletin incorporation on company aircraft. Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with approved maintenance data, company procedures and health and safety requirements. Complete work cards and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner. Identify and report critical defects, working with supervisors to develop effective solutions. Take responsibility for assigned aircraft and components, including support at deployed or detached operating locations. Liaise with internal departments to support maintenance delivery. Requirements
