Role Overview This role would suit an engineer looking to take their career to the next level. Draken is offering funded training toward attainment of a UK CAA Part 66 B1.1 licence, making the opportunity ideal for an engineer who is either at the beginning of, or part-way through, the journey toward obtaining that licence. Training is subject to a bonding agreement. As a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) you will support the Crew Chief and be responsible to the Chief Engineer for the safety, regulatory compliance and operational performance of all Part-145/A8-23 aircraft maintenance activities, covering both main base operations and detached locations, ensuring effective delivery of customer contractual requirements. You will also contribute to engineering decisions, mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and safety first. Location: Northern Ireland, with potential overseas travel as and when required. Contract type: full-time, permanent.
