Role Overview Entity: SR Technics Switzerland Ltd. Location: Geneva. Field: Technical occupations (other). SR Technics is looking for an experienced Licensed Aircraft Engineer B1 or B1/B2 for line maintenance at its Geneva station, covering the A320, A330, A350, B737, B777, B787 and B767. Key Responsibilities Promote a positive safety culture and ensure the Safety and Quality Policy is communicated, promoted and implemented within the organisation. Perform line maintenance transit checks, pre-flight checks, work packages and certificates of release to service, daily and weekly checks, defect rectification, component replacement, AOG recovery and troubleshooting. Ensure the on-time performance of customer aircraft. Ensure aircraft are operating in airworthy condition. Work autonomously within a team-spirited environment and assist the Shift Leader/Supervisor. Ensure clear communication and reporting. Requirements Good command of verbal and written English. Proficient in MS Office. Positive attitude and solutions-oriented. High degree of customer focus, good communication and team orientation. Proven ability to work under pressure. Demonstrated working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures to the required level. Licences & Qualifications Holder of a valid EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 licence type rated on the A320.
