You will work closely with the Field Service Manager (FSM), often independently and on site with the customer. Support proactive customer and field team communication, sharing priorities and feedback with the resident FSM, on-site team and Product Support as needed. Carry out on-wing troubleshooting, especially on commercial premium seating, capturing relevant technical data including failure symptoms, troubleshooting data and use of diagnostic maintenance tooling. Assist the product support training team in facilitating and delivering customer training on Collins Interiors commercial seating. Work closely with Collins Product Support on Entry Into Service (EIS) support, including aircraft meet-and-greet, performance tracking and regular communication, as directed by the supervisory team. Support investigation and follow-up, including trials and testing of modifications across Collins Interiors products. Participate in periodic customer reliability meetings covering in-service quality and product performance metrics, and help the FSM and Product Support team analyse airline data on failures, operations and overall product performance. Facilitate on-wing maintenance, training, planning and reporting of product performance, address customer complaints and resolve problems, working under the guidance of the local Field Service Manager with additional support from the Product Support Customer Manager. Carry out all support and oversight in accordance with company policies and applicable procedures while maintaining effective professional relationships with customers. Requirements Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English and German.
