Job Description

Key Responsibilities Carry out the functional testing required to isolate a customer complaint in a particular avionics system and repair that aircraft system in accordance with FAA procedures. Diagnose problems and take corrective action based on in-flight analysis and/or evaluation of information received from the customer. Troubleshoot problems down to defective units or wiring discrepancies. Replace defective units, repair wiring and modify the aircraft as required. Accompany the pilot in flight as required to functional test repaired or aligned systems. Work from aircraft orders, wiring diagrams and oral and written instructions to perform job duties.
