Job Description

Are you our next Instructor (TRI/TRE) B737NG (24-32 hours per week)? Have you always dreamed of a career as a Captain at Transavia? Are you passionate about flying and do you want to work for the friendliest airline? We are looking for experienced Captains B737NG and Captains B737NG TRI/Lifus and want to hear from you. You will fly out of Brussels on the B737NG. After a couple of years, we will replace the B737s with the Airbus A321neo and you will be converted to the A321neo. Key Responsibilities As an Instructor/Captain at Transavia, you will operate a wide variety of dynamic routes across Europe, ranging from Greek islands and city destinations to winter operations at airports in the far north. You will join a highly professional team of more than 700 pilots. Your main responsibilities include: Safeguarding the safety and efficiency of flight operations Ensuring excellent passenger service Working closely with the entire crew Performing TRI/TRE duties in line with your qualifications and experience The Best Reasons and Conditions at a Glance Competitive starting salary: EUR 11,220 gross per month; the salary increases annually (on average EUR 300 gross per month), excluding indexation for inflation Fixed and variable additional compensation for Instructor sessions A permanent contract - taxes paid in the Netherlands, social security contributions paid in Belgium Additional pay of EUR 39 gross per block hour An end-of-year bonus of 8% of base gross salary Holiday allowance Pension scheme - employer contribution of 10% Loss of licence insurance Uniform, parking and medical examinations covered by Transavia You will receive your final roster 35 days in advance 20 days of annual leave in accordance with the Belgian accrual system, plus 10 public holidays (pro rata) Possibility to work part-time from 12 months after your line check Excellent travel benefits, including MyID/ID95 travel (after 3 months)

Requirements

  • You will receive your final roster 35 days in advance
  • 20 days of annual leave in accordance with the Belgian accrual system, plus 10 public holidays (pro rata)
  • Possibility to work part-time from 12 months after your line check
  • Excellent travel benefits, including MyID/ID95 travel (after 3 months)
