About the Company Airbus Commercial Aircraft is recruiting for its Customer Line team (Flight Line & Delivery Centre) based in Toulouse, France. Role Overview As a Flight Line Mechanic/Electrician you will work on avionics, electrical and mechanical systems, and on the generation, distribution and use of the various on-board energies (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic). You will join one of the Flight Line programmes (A320 Family, A330 or A350) or the multi-programme Airbus Delivery Centre. The work is mainly outdoors on the apron, close to the aircraft, and it is essential to carry out all activities with respect for hygiene, the safety of people and property, and the environment. Key Responsibilities Assess the applicability of and use the documents required for an intervention (manufacturer manuals, in-service maintenance documentation such as Airnav, production files including AM/NC, work orders). Complete traceability documents (monitoring sheets, TLB, QLB, work sheets). Carry out electrical and mechanical preparation and servicing of the aircraft before ground or flight tests, and return it to conformity after the flight. Integrate, install and remove sub-assemblies of electrical, avionics and mechanical systems, or bolted structural elements, during corrective maintenance activities. Repair simple defects (without design office involvement) on sub-assemblies of electrical, avionics and mechanical systems, and on structural sub-assemblies. Take measurements and make adjustments on electrical and mechanical system elements and removable structures (slats, flaps, rudder and elevator). Identify faults in electrical, avionics or mechanical systems and their associated causes using the Trouble Shooting Manual (TSM). Use metrology equipment to carry out tests and measurements and to identify defects in a structural sub-assembly. Licences & Qualifications Holding a Part-66 licence with aircraft type rating is a plus. Experience From 2 years of experience in A320 or A330/A350 flight line maintenance; MRO experience is a plus. Requirements Language: English at European level A2-B1, able to read and understand the content of working documents in English. Mastery of high-risk working contexts and the associated risks. Working conditions and risks: initial work at height, noise risk, chemical risk, explosive atmosphere (ATEX) risk, work inside fuel tanks, activities linked to fuel operations, working postures and movements, confined spaces when working in tanks. Training will be provided after recruitment.
