About the Company Rishworth Aviation is recruiting on behalf of a diversified aviation group conducting charter flight operations in Papua New Guinea. Role Overview The FAA Captain (BE350) will be in charge of the overall safe and efficient operation of the company's King Air 350i fleet, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, company policies and standard operating procedures while supporting flight operations across Papua New Guinea. The position is offered on either a 12 weeks on / 6 weeks off or a 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off rotation. Key Responsibilities Act as Pilot-in-Command of the Beechcraft King Air 350, ensuring the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations. Exercise final authority and responsibility for the safety of passengers, crew, cargo and aircraft during all phases of flight. Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including weather assessment, fuel planning, weight and balance calculations and route analysis. Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations, company policies and standard operating procedures. Complete all flight records, reports and operational documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Mentor and support First Officers, contributing to their professional development and operational proficiency. Requirements Ability to adapt to rotational schedules and remote-base living conditions. Licences & Qualifications FAA ATPL. King Air 350 type rating. Experience Previous experience operating in remote, regional or challenging environments is highly desirable.
