Role Overview An aircraft mechanic maintains aircraft engines to meet FAA standards. The job involves performing routine checks and repairs, keeping inventory records and identifying faults with aircraft components. This is a 1st shift opportunity. Key Responsibilities Engine disassembly and assembly: perform mechanic duties to disassemble and assemble engines, engine modules and accessories Clean engine parts and components Perform visual checks to assess minimum part condition for continued use where applicable, and understand basic inspection techniques as part of a career development path Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programmes by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training and supporting applicable committee activities Manage tools and tooling to ensure serviceability before and after use, and process appropriately when issues arise Requirements High school diploma or GED U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorised to access information under this programme or contract. No security clearance is required. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance employees. This is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply. Requirements
