Job Description

About the Company Rishworth Aviation is partnering with a world-class airline in Abu Dhabi to recruit A330 Captains for 2026. Direct applicants through Rishworth Aviation benefit from a fast-tracked process, including pre-booked application slots. Role Overview A330 Captain based in Abu Dhabi. The position requires relocation, and mobility assistance will be provided for successful candidates. Education sponsorship, medical cover and insurance are included, along with further employee benefits. Requirements Candidates must meet either Criteria A or Criteria B, in addition to the general eligibility criteria. Criteria A: minimum 7,000 hours total flying time; minimum 2,500 PIC hours on jet multi-crew new generation aircraft / EFIS, of which 2,000 hours should be on widebody aircraft above 140 tonnes; minimum 1,500 PIC hours on any Airbus widebody FBW or Boeing widebody aircraft. Criteria B: minimum 7,000 hours total flying time; minimum 3,000 PIC hours on jet multi-crew new generation aircraft / EFIS, of which 2,500 hours should be on widebody aircraft above 140 tonnes. General eligibility: Flown any Airbus widebody FBW or Boeing widebody aircraft within the last 12 months. Type rating on any Airbus widebody FBW or Boeing widebody aircraft valid for at least 2 more months at the time of joining. Must not have attained the age of 59 on the day of joining. Licences & Qualifications Unrestricted ATPL or valid frozen ATPL issued by an ICAO member state. Holders of a frozen ATPL (CPL) must present the results of the ATPL theoretical knowledge exam and an integrated ATPL course completion certificate. Unrestricted, current Class 1 medical certificate. English language fluency (written and verbal), ICAO Level 4 or better.
