Entry Level A&P Mechanic - Day Shifts

Role Overview As an A&P mechanic you can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Available shifts: 5th shift, Monday to Thursday on a 4x10 day schedule; 7th shift, Friday to Sunday on a 3x12 day schedule. Key Responsibilities Mechanical duties: perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare the aircraft for flight and delivery. Engine and airframe maintenance: troubleshoot, inspect and repair turbine engines, including engine run-ups; carry out airframe system and component changes and systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines. Use of tools and equipment: use tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights and a variety of hand tools to repair or modify systems and assemblies. Requirements High school education, GED or a bronze level WorkKeys certification required. A&P licence required.
