Role Overview Perform and oversee maintenance and engineering activities on aircraft and/or components, within the company's regulatory approved capability. Key Responsibilities Ensure all scheduled maintenance is reviewed and carried out on time in line with the project programme, the pre-defined standards and mandatory maintenance directives and requirements. Review, plan and ensure all tools and equipment required for every project are available and serviceable. Perform and oversee daily maintenance and engineering activities so that all maintenance actions are performed to the standards and requirements approved by the company, efficiently and on time with minimum downtime; report daily maintenance activities to the Maintenance Manager and to the relevant Operations personnel in line with company requirements. Ensure all man-hours are reviewed daily and clocked accordingly. Coordinate all unscheduled maintenance actions and provide recommendations to maintenance personnel so that allocated downtime is used safely and efficiently. Ensure pre-flight inspections are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements to guarantee a high level of safety on all flights. Ensure crew members receive all required support on maintenance-related issues, to guarantee the safety and reliability of the aircraft. Ensure Work Orders are released to service in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures, maintaining aircraft safety, effective record keeping and minimum downtime. Ensure all aircraft technical publications and references used in carrying out tasks are approved and up to date. Ensure correct and proper tools and equipment (calibrated and serviceable) are used in aircraft maintenance activities. Comply with company and authority safety, quality and regulatory standards at all times, and report any deficiencies. Ensure all PPE is used by maintenance personnel, as applicable. Always keep the aircraft and facility clean and tidy to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the Manager, Aircraft Maintenance. Licences & Qualifications Holder of a valid CAAP, FAA or EASA B1 or B2 licence ; a base maintenance level environment is required. Experience 5 to 10 years' experience with type rating on King Air / Bombardier / Gulfstream / Embraer / Learjet / Dassault Falcon aircraft products. Working knowledge of inspection procedures, methods, equipment and accepted industry standards. Requirements Good command of both spoken and written English. Leads by example. Team player.
