Role Overview ST Engineering is seeking motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technicians at locations in Pensacola, Florida and San Antonio, Texas. The role is ideal for transitioning service members with technical skills, a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Remove and replace various aircraft components using special tooling and ground support equipment, following supervisors' directives and manuals. Complete routine and non-routine maintenance and repair assignments efficiently and according to established procedures. Maintain personal tools in serviceable condition and ensure a clean work area. Adhere to safe maintenance practices and comply with all regulatory requirements. Keep accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with technical training teams. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Crew Chief. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Active transitioning member of the US Armed Services. Ability to pass FAA drug and alcohol screening and a background check. Physical: mobility around various sections of aircraft; dexterity to remove and replace parts efficiently; mental agility to handle stress and long working hours; capacity to learn and adhere to safety protocols; ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
