Together with the whole crew you bring guests safely and punctually to their destination and share responsibility for the aircraft, the crew, the passengers and the cargo on board. Key Responsibilities Operate SWISS aircraft safely and efficiently, with attention to punctuality, economy and a high quality standard for guests Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with SWISS procedures Cooperate with the crew, ground staff and air traffic control Support and deputise for the Commander in all matters Continuously maintain and deepen professional knowledge on your own initiative Act responsibly and sustainably Licences & Qualifications ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory, or MPL licence (EASA Part-FCL) Advanced UPRT training in accordance with EASA.FCL.745 Valid A320 type rating Multi-engine IR rating with PBN Class 1 medical certificate Completed education with a Matura or Abitur secondary school leaving certificate, a higher vocational diploma, or general university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification Experience Minimum 800 hours of flight experience on the A320 family Fully documented record of flying achievement (logbook extract, licence and similar) Requirements Swiss citizenship or an EU-27/EFTA passport Very good German language skills (at least certified level C1 if German is not your native or everyday language) and good English (at least ICAO Level 4) Clean record of good conduct Willingness to be vaccinated with vaccines approved in Switzerland, including COVID-19 and yellow fever Height between 160 and 198 cm Maximum age of 56 years, based on the collective employment agreement Additional Information Entry level: direct entry. Working time: full-time (100%). Job field: pilot. Applications are handled by the SWISS Assessment Center, Flight Operations.

Requirements

• Operate SWISS aircraft safely and efficiently, with attention to punctuality, economy and a high quality standard for guests
• Prepare and conduct flights in accordance with SWISS procedures
• Cooperate with the crew, ground staff and air traffic control
• Support and deputise for the Commander in all matters
• Continuously maintain and deepen professional knowledge on your own initiative
• Act responsibly and sustainably
• ATPL(A), CPL(A)/IR with ATPL(A) theory, or MPL licence (EASA Part-FCL)
• Advanced UPRT training in accordance with EASA.FCL.745
• Valid A320 type rating
• Multi-engine IR rating with PBN
• Class 1 medical certificate
• Completed education with a Matura or Abitur secondary school leaving certificate, a higher vocational diploma, or general university or university of applied sciences entrance qualification
• Minimum 800 hours of flight experience on the A320 family
• Fully documented record of flying achievement (logbook extract, licence and similar)
• Swiss citizenship or an EU-27/EFTA passport
• Very good German language skills (at least certified level C1 if German is not your native or everyday language) and good English (at least ICAO Level 4)
