Deputy Director of Maintenance | Immediate Start | The United States Full-time The United States $160,000+ annually (commensurate with experience) Apply On behalf of our airline client, we are seeking a highly experienced aviation maintenance leader to join our Part 135 operation as Deputy Director of Maintenance (DDOM) at Van Nuys (VNY). This executive-level role serves as the primary deputy to the Director of Maintenance (DOM), ensuring fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a mixed fleet of Embraer 135, Legacy 600, and Gulfstream IV-SP aircraft. Position The DDOM provides direct oversight of technicians, maintenance controllers, planners, and inventory teams. You will act as the DOM’s second-in-command and be fully prepared to assume DOM responsibilities when required. Requirements Valid FAA A&P License . Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred Extensive Part 135 maintenance experience Proven expertise with Gulfstream G-IV series and Embraer 135/Legacy platforms Strong FAA audit, conformity & regulatory compliance background Demonstrated team leadership and AOC management experience Ability to work flexible hours and provide 24/7 operational support Eligible for TSA CHRC & DOT drug testing Authorized to work in the United States Terms Pay Range: $160,000+ annually (commensurate with experience) Type: Full-time, Exempt Location: Van Nuys (VNY), California – On-site Schedule: Full-time with 24/7 operational oversight Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, disability & 401(k) plan Accrued vacation, sick leave & bereavement leave General This is a strategic leadership role for an aviation professional who values safety, operational precision, and a culture of transparency and accountability. Requirements

• Valid FAA A&P License . Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
• Extensive Part 135 maintenance experience
• Proven expertise with Gulfstream G-IV series and Embraer 135/Legacy platforms
• Strong FAA audit, conformity & regulatory compliance background
• Demonstrated team leadership and AOC management experience
